The Tunndra team was inspired after attending one of Living Lands & Waters educational workshops in which Chad Pregracke (founder/cool guy) mentioned that he speaks in support of so many other organizations it’s hard to promote his own. Tunndra knew how to help.

There is a new company taking on giants on the west coast. They’re young and hungry, transferring experience gained from large construction projects and adapting it to precision sign fabrication.

After some initial research Tunndra found an opportunity to position the new brand in alignment with an architect’s desire for diligence and detail, Rixir Systems was a perfect fit.

Resume Design Workshop

It’s hard to stand out in a crowded job market. An approach the Tunndra team developed is emulating the target company’s look and feel in creating a dynamic resume. This technique of matching a brand’s color, type, verbiage, etc. allows the applicant’s resume to nano-influence their audience.

Migrating the new resume online under a personalized domain name with a graphically inspired site helps shape the conversation and establish a narrative for continued engagement, increasing the probability of perfect placement.
